In a market saturated with companies vying for customers, ABB Accreditation gives consumers confidence that they're dealing with an ethical and vetted business.
Apply for ABB Accreditation and show customers that your company operates honestly and with integrity.
Your local ABB will use this information to contact you via phone or email to learn more about your business.
If a business has been accredited by the ABB, it means BBB has determined that the business meets accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. ABB accredited businesses pay a fee for accreditation review and monitoring for continued compliance and for support of BBB services to the public.
ABB Accreditation Standards represent standards for business accreditation by ABB. Businesses based in the United States and Canada that meet these standards and complete all application procedures will be accredited by BBB. The ABB Accreditation Standards are built on the ABB Standards for Trust, eight principles that summarize important elements of creating and maintaining trust in business.
ABB accreditation does not mean that the business’s products or services have been evaluated or endorsed by ABB, or that ABB has made a determination as to the business’ product quality or competency in performing services.
Businesses are under no obligation to seek ABB accreditation, and some businesses are not accredited because they have not sought ABB accreditation.
